Spent the whole weekend checking out options in Noida Extension and Sector 150 for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe environment for the kids and good schools nearby. Honestly, everyone glorifies ATS and Godrej for their supposed build quality, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality reality check after possession. I'm hearing stories about plaster cracks and persistent seepage issues even in their 'premium' projects after a couple of years. Then there's the post-possession maintenance charges – some builders like ACE Group seem to just hike them indefinitely. Are these 'premium' builders actually better for end-users seeking long-term quality, or just investor traps with high maintenance? Disagree? Tell me why.
