The daily living experience in these new projects is so different from the brochure, yaar. Just moved into Legacy Celino last month, possession was in March, and already regretting some things. Elevators are a constant headache. Kabhi slow, kabhi breakdown, aur maintenance ka response time bahut problem deta hai. My flat is on the 8th floor, so imagine the struggle with kids and groceries, especially during peak hours. Honestly, things nobody told me before buying. Also, water supply bhi thoda iffy lag raha hai, not sure if it's normal or just a temporary thing. Is this common in Bangalore projects? Builder ko complain karke kuch hota hai kya? What did others do about such issues, any tips for dealing with the RWA?

Yaar, this is exactly why I'm so scared to buy. My friend bought in Adigara Kallahalli and faced similar issues with power backup and security, not just elevators. Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. What recourse do we even have legally? R
Totally relate! Legacy Celino is in a good area like Akshayanagar, I thought for 1.7 Cr+ they'd have better amenities. This is so disheartening to hear. It's a huge investment, yaar.
