Hidden flaws in super luxury projects like Altura GK2

Altura Greater Kailash 2 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. But yaar, is the price jump worth it? I'm worried about construction quality issues that only show up after a year or so, like seepage ya cracks. My current home mein kaafi problem hui thi. Also, they promise so many amenities, but are kids' play areas actually usable aur safe? Ya just a check-box facility? Already have a home loan, so this next one needs to be perfect. Has anyone faced these issues with Altura GK2? Kya reviews hain after living there for a bit?
