Bhai, Noida Extension bolte hi darr lagta hai. Legal issues wahan common hain. Especially B.L.Gupta Construction ka naam sunke toh aur phat jaati hai. RERA registration check karna toh basic hai, but uske andar bhi bahut loopholes hote hain. Kaash koi simple checklist hoti!
