₹78 lakh for a compact 3BHK near Mota Mava feels like a big decision. Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our old, large house on Gondal Road. Now looking for something manageable, low-maintenance, and with an elevator, ideally near a hospital. My budget is around ₹60L to ₹1Cr. I'm torn between a spacious 2BHK or a compact 3BHK on Kalawad Road or Mota Mava. Balaji Group ka 2BHK ₹65L mein mil raha hai, while Madhav Group ka 3BHK ₹85L tak ja raha hai. Both societies seem decent. What do you all think? For someone like me, looking for a long-term home but also considering future appreciation, is a 2BHK a smarter, lower-cost option, ya 3BHK mein invest karna better hai? Kya 3BHK ki resale value better rehti hai Rajkot mein?
