What's the real maintenance story with 4S Amara Luxury Floors vs. Signature Global City Phase 1? My kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to downsize from our big house, something manageable in Gurgaon. We're considering these two. For 4S Amara, since it's completed, how's the RWA and what's actually included in the maintenance charges? We need something truly low-cost. And for Signature Global, what's the expectation post-possession? Also, how do their floor plans compare for usable space? We don't need huge rooms, just efficient layouts. Proximity to good hospitals is also a big factor for us. Any insights on that for both projects?

Yaar, maintenance is a real headache. My parents faced similar issues in their society near Badshahpur. Builders promise the moon, but after possession, it's a different story. Good question about 4S Amara, especially since it's completed.
