Is negotiating on resale flats from Sundaram Construction actually easier than new builds in Ghaziabad? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Muradnagar. Also, are floor-rise premiums ever truly worth it for a 3BHK, or just a builder's trick?

Bhai, totally feel you on upgrading from Muradnagar! Resale mein negotiation ka scope toh definitely lagta hai, especially with builders like Sundaram jinka market reputation mixed hai. New builds mein toh builder apna rate hold karke baitha rehta hai. But Sundaram se dealing mein thoda darr lagta hai, inki possession dates ka issue suna hai.
