Yaar, you're so right about Godrej and ATS, they're pricing themselves out. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in 150 is steep, but resale is definitely the way to go. I'm also looking in that area, new projects are just not making sense with all those hidden charges.
Sahi baat hai, new projects have become a luxury. But resale mein bhi issues kam nahi hain, especially with documentation and sometimes hidden costs from the seller side. Due
