Hidden parking woes buyers only discover after possession in Rajkot
The parking situation in many completed projects is a complete joke, honestly. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot for myself, and I know it's completed, which should mean less hassle. But ya know, I work in this field, and the amount of crap builders pull with parking is insane. They show you these fancy plans with ample covered parking, but then it's either lottery-based, or you pay extra for a spot that's too small, or visitors have nowhere. It's a daily headache. Ansal Aastha mein kya scene hai? Is the parking really allocated properly, or will I end up fighting for a spot? Aur open spaces ka kya haal hai? Brochure mein toh gardens hote hain, but real mein kitna usable hai? Sometimes they just become neglected areas. Anyone living there, please share your real experience. Is it worth the headache, ya I should look elsewhere?
