Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge last month, and honestly, power backup is a big headache. Brochure mein toh full flat backup bola tha, but abhi only common areas and one light point per room. Matlab, inverter lagana padega? Plus, water supply bhi thoda erratic hai. Tanker dependency ka darr lag raha hai. Is this normal for new Hyderabad projects? How do other societies handle this? Kya isse resale value pe impact aayega?

Wait, Sattva Lake Ridge ka toh possession date 2028 hai na? RERA website pe toh upcoming project dikha raha hai, total 897 units. Aap last month kaise move in ho gaye? Ya phir koi aur phase hai jiske baare mein humein nahi pata? Thoda clarify karoge, because I'm also considering projects in that area
