Noida Extension – I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for investment, maybe even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so ROI aur future maintenance costs mere liye super critical hain. Jab site visit karte hain under-construction projects ki, like The Antriksh Golf View I, log generally finishings dekhte hain. But asli game toh structural quality aur raw material mein hai, right? Kya aap log bhi construction site par jaakar beam/column finish, brickwork, ya plumbing rough-ins check karte ho? Yeh choti cheezein baad mein kitna affect karti hain resale value aur long-term maintenance ko? Any hacks for spotting quality issues early, before possession? Hope this helps someone else too.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! As a first-time buyer, I'm always worried about what's hidden inside the walls. Finishings toh builders chamka dete hain, but asli quality ka pata hi nahi chalta. My friend bought a flat in Greater Noida West and later found out the plaster work was so bad, walls started cracking within a year. Maintenance ka bill alag se aayega, aur resale value toh aise mein zero ho jaati hai. Yeh structural integrity ka point bahut sahi hai, but how do we even check it properly?
