Noida mein projects, like Palm Olympia Phase 3, sirf glossy pictures dikhate hain. Koi discuss nahi karta ki actual water supply reliability kya hai. Builder bolta hai 24/7, but after a year, tanker pe depend hona padega kya? Aur lifts ka maintenance response? High-rise mein agar lift baar baar kharab ho, toh tenant kaun attract hoga? Resale value toh down jayegi. These small, hidden quality issues are way more critical for long-term investment than some fancy clubhouse. Change my mind.
