Hidden realities buyers only discover after possession

Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge yesterday and it looked pretty good on paper. But my parents keep saying to ask about water. Is water supply reliable there, or is it tanker dependent after a year or two? Also, what about the elevators? Are they quick, and does maintenance respond fast if one breaks down? The children's play area looked okay, but is it actually usable and safe long-term, ya know? Or just a box ticked? Honestly not sure what to look for beyond the show flat.
