Honestly, trying to figure out Ghaziabad real estate from Dubai is tougher than I thought. I'm eyeing Rani Laxmibai Nagar for a 2BHK, hoping for some decent investment potential. Since I can't do a site inspection myself, I really need ground-level info. What's the actual day-to-day vibe there? Is it a peaceful area, or do you deal with constant noise or traffic issues affecting quality of life? And what about the resale market? If I invest, can I realistically expect to sell it easily in 3-5 years for some appreciation? I'm also really concerned about finding a reliable property manager and handling legal stuff via power of attorney. Is it worth the hassle for an NRI, or am I better off looking elsewhere?

Bhai, Dubai se Ghaziabad mein invest karna, especially Rani Laxmibai Nagar, thoda risky ho sakta hai bina ground knowledge ke. NRI hone ka fayda uthate hain log. My friend got stuck with a project near Abhay Khand because the builder suddenly stopped work and getting updates from abroad was a nightmare. Do your homework extra carefully.
Totally agree with this! My uncle faced similar issues in Indirapuram. Builder ne toh possession date itni baar push ki, aur phir maintenance bhi theek se nahi
