Are the promised amenities at Omaxe Gardenia Floors actually delivered, or are there big discrepancies? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections myself. For investors, how do maintenance charges compare to actual service quality there? I'm worried about long-term tenant attraction and resale value if things aren't up to mark.

Bhai, Dubai se invest karna hai toh aur careful rehna padega. Omaxe ka track record mixed hai, especially with amenities. My friend booked a flat in their project near Mullanpur Garibdass a few years back, and the club house was delivered almost a year late, aur finish quality bhi utni khaas nahi thi. Gardenia toh abhi ongoing hai (Possession date: 2027-07-01), so there's always a risk. Personally, I'd suggest someone on the ground to do a proper check.
