Builders bolte hain sab first-come-first-serve, but baad mein pata chalta hai ki scam hai. Bahut tension ho rahi hai, itna bada investment hai.
U2 sahi keh raha hai. Mere ek dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek flat liya tha jo 2010 mein complete hua tha. Unko bhi initially bola tha fixed parking, but baad mein society ne rules change kar diye. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high the because of old infrastructure and constant repairs. Parsvnath Platinum mein bhi yeh common issue ho sakta hai. Pehle se hi clear kar lo, nahi toh baad mein bahut pachtaoge.
