Sahi pakde ho bhai. Mera ek friend ATS Knightsbridge mein book kar raha tha 2 saal pehle, pre-launch mein. Usko laga achha deal hai, but jab final costing aayi, it was almost same as ready-to-move. Plus, possession delay alag se.
