Affordable Housing Projects — I'm trying to understand the real picture here. Kids have moved out, so I'm eyeing a smaller, manageable flat in Gurgaon, near a hospital. But I'm worried about hidden risks. Post-possession, are there unexpected charges or society maintenance issues? I've heard builders sometimes cut corners on quality or promised amenities. Has anyone faced problems with OC or delayed basic services, like water/power? Matlab, kya red flags hain jo buyers ko pata hone chahiye? Any specific checks during site visits you'd recommend?

Totally relate to this! I'm also looking in Gurgaon, near Airport Road. The prices look attractive but my biggest fear is getting stuck with a project that never gets OC or has poor quality. Builder ki promises pe ab bharosa nahi hota.
