It took ages for the hearing, and final order aane mein bhi time laga. Title verification mein log sabse badi galti ye karte hain ki sirf builder ke documents pe trust kar lete hain. Always get an independent lawyer for title search, not the one recommended by the builder. Unse saare encumbrance certificates, mother deed, aur latest tax receipts check karwao.

Inka HQ Noida mein hi hai, but delays ke cases bahut common hain. RERA website pe sirf registration dekhna enough nahi hai. Aapko builder ka financial health, previous projects ka possession status, aur litigation history bhi check karna chahiye. Kai baar toh RERA number hota hai, but project stuck hota hai. Be very careful with them, especially if you're looking for a quick possession or exit option.
