Hidden risks of buying 'Under Construction' in Sohna
Last eight months I've been looking at flats in Sohna, especially around the 'Under Construction' corridor near Sector 2 and 3. Prices seem attractive right now. My parents keep telling me to wait for OC, but then prices will surely jump. Honestly, I'm worried about possession delays, heard builders yahan bohot karte hain. Also, fit-out quality after possession, uska kya scene hai? Koi hidden costs ya builder ka track record check karne ke tips hain kya? Am I missing some big red flags in these projects?
