Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Aero View Heights. It's under construction, so what should I specifically look for during site visits? Any tips on spotting early construction quality issues, like raw material storage or visible cracks? Also, how to gauge future water supply reliability? Don't want tanker dependency after moving in.

When I visited a project near Anand Vihar, they showed us a fancy model, but on site, the raw material storage was just open to elements. So keep an eye on that. Don't be afraid to ask about specific materials and how they're stored. Good luck!
