Mohali real estate — honestly, I'm getting fed up with what builders promise versus what we actually get. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa for better rental yield eventually. Looking at Big Block South City 2, the brochures look great, but I'm worried about the actual construction quality. Heard stories about cracks and seepage appearing just a year in, which is a nightmare for maintenance costs and attracting good tenants. Is it just me, or do these projects always come with a massive snag-list that hits your ROI later? What's the real deal with post-possession issues? Should I budget for major repairs right after year one?

Bhai, you're not alone. Humne toh ek project mein book kiya tha Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe, usme bhi delivery ke baad plumbing issues aur wall dampness itni thi ki poochho mat. Builders bas possession date dikha dete hain 2025-0
Exactly my thoughts! Mohali mein toh yeh common ho gaya hai. Builder promise high-end finishes, but delivery ke time sab compromise. Mera dost bhi Sector 66 mein phasa hai, same story.
