Bhai, exactly my situation. Emaar Amaris ka naam sunke toh lagta hai premium hai, but yeh small issues baad mein bahut badhe ho jaate hain. Kya karein?
Totally agree! My cousin bought near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and usko bhi bahut issues aaye the with plumbing within a year. Amenities toh first year chamakte hain, then they start decaying. This Emaar project's possession is 2030, that's a long wait for potential issues.
