Yeh tax benefits toh theek hai, but what about the actual possession? Mere dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein liya tha 2018 mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Builder ne bas date pe date di hai. Tax benefits tabhi kaam aayenge jab ghar haath mein ho.
