₹45k rent for a 2BHK in Sector 65 is just too much now. Fed up of renting, honestly. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Gurugram. My budget is around ₹1.8-2.5 Cr for a 3BHK, maybe Golf Course Ext ya Dwarka Exp side. Dekh raha hoon M3M, Emaar ke projects. EMI vs rent math kar raha tha, aur tax savings ka part thoda complex lag raha hai. Section 24, 80C ke beyond aur kya hacks hain jo log use karte hain? First-time buyer hoon, so every bit helps. Koi lesser-known tips hain kya for making the EMI more manageable after tax? Yaar, log bolte hain kaafi savings hoti hai, but not sure kitni exactly. Any advice?
