Hidden tax surprises for new Hyderabad homeowners

Possession was in March for my Salarpuria Sattva flat in Tellapur. Honestly, I thought I had everything covered, but the tax implications for capital gains and even for rental income, if I decide to move later, were a bit of a shocker.
