Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at Ready to Move properties in Gurgaon, maybe around Southern Peripheral Road or Sector 80. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a site inspection myself easily. What hidden risks should I be aware of when buying Ready to Move, especially concerning legal clarity or securing a reliable property manager? Is Power of Attorney a huge headache? Any red flags to watch for before committing to avoid unexpected post-possession issues? Hope someone has practical tips.

Bhai, Dubai se buying is risky. Especially if it's Ready to Move from a new builder. Solutrean Building Technologies ka toh naam bhi nahi suna. 0 projects matlab bahut bada red flag hai. Legal due diligence mein double check karna padega, warna फस जाओगे.
Totally agree. But what specific legal checks should we prioritize for a builder with zero projects? RERA registration alone enough hai kya? I'm also looking at a new builder in Sector 80.
