Hidden truths about Ambience Lagoon's resale
Since January I've been eyeing properties in Gurugram for investment, especially completed ones. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily, which makes me rely heavily on community insights. Ambience Lagoon looks interesting, given it's ready-to-move. My main questions are about its investor viability. What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? Prices seem high already, not sure how much upside is left. Also, what's the actual rental yield reality? Is it easy to find good tenants for these premium apartments, and what sort of monthly income can one realistically expect? And how liquid is the resale market for Ambience Lagoon if I need to exit in 5-7 years? I'd need a property manager, so any tips on that too would be great. Ambience Lagoon ka price toh abhi se itna high hai, aur 2003 ka project hai. Delhi NCR mein itne naye options hain, kya ye sach mein worth it hai? Dubai se invest karna hai toh ROI clear chahiye, aur mujhe lagta hai isme capital appreciation ka scope ab limited hai. Resale mein kitna mil jaayega 5-7 saal mein, ye bhi dekhna padega. Koi bata sakta hai kya iska real potential?
