Oneiro Aarambham, I'm seriously considering a flat here. My budget is around ₹85L and this project looks good on paper. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous about the reality. Builder log jo amenities promise karte hain, kya woh actual mein milte hain? Ya sirf brochure mein hi achha lagta hai? And construction quality, especially after one year, does it hold up? Ya seepage, cracks ki problems aati hain? Maintenance charges bhi kitne hote hain aur service quality kaisi hai? Any experiences with this builder or similar projects in Bengaluru?
