Kavi Nagar mein 65L for 2BHK? Bhai, thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Is price pe toh Achchheja ya Abhay Khand mein bhi options mil jaate hain, woh bhi thoda better connectivity ke saath. Investment potential toh tab hoga jab entry price sahi ho.
Exactly! 65L is too steep for Kavi Nagar. Resale bhi mushkil ho jayegi baad mein, especially for a first-time buyer like us.
