posted on 10 MayHidden truths about water and elevator quality in Hyderabad projects
₹35,000 rent every month for 5 years, I'm finally fed up and looking to buy in Hyderabad. Seriously considering Sattva Lake Ridge, but I'm an investor first, so long-term quality matters. My biggest worry is the water supply. Is it reliable, or will I be dependent on tankers after moving in? What about tank capacity for a 2BHK? Don't want future tenants complaining. Also, elevators. How quick is the maintenance response time for lifts in these big complexes? Saw some under-construction work, but it's hard to tell what's actually good. Any insights on these points affecting resale value or tenant appeal?

Totally understand your frustration with rent, bhai! 35k for 5 years is a huge amount down the drain. I'm also eyeing Sattva Lake Ridge, but the water issue is my #1 concern. I heard some projects near Attapur struggle with borewell dependency. With 897 units, will their supply infrastructure even cope? And 2028 possession feels so far away, market conditions can change so much. How can we be sure about the water quality and consistency for such a large project, especially when it's still upcoming?
