Even if there's confusion about the project, if these utility issues are true for any new project, it's a nightmare! Power backup aur water supply basic needs hain. If builders can't guarantee even that, then what are we paying 7-12 Cr for? My friend recently bought in a new society near Airport Road, and same complaints wahan bhi hain. ROI toh gaya tel lene, pehle basic life toh jeene do.
U6, usually, initial phases mein yeh sab issues hote hain. Builders promise 24x7 power backup but in reality, it's only for common areas or limited hours per flat. Water pressure bhi high floors pe kam rehta hai, aur borewell water ki quality ka toh poochho hi mat. They never tell you these things during booking.

Totally agree! I was looking at a property near Badshahpur a while ago, and the builder there was known for cutting corners on utilities. Later found out many residents had to install their own inverters and water purifiers because the society supply was so unreliable. Very common problem.
DLF Privana West? Bhai, are you sure? Its RERA possession date is 2031-12-01. And it's still an ongoing project, not completed. Is the OP talking about some other project? Thoda confusion ho raha hai.
Maybe they got confused with a different DLF project or some older phase? Privana West toh abhi under construction hai, it's impossible to get possession. It's a huge project with 795 units, not a small one that could finish early.
Haan yaar, I just checked the RERA site. GGM/819/551/2024/46. Status ongoing hi dikha raha hai. How can someone get possession now?
