Hidden water costs in Hemmiganahalli I wish I knew

Hemmiganahalli — just moved in last month, and the water situation is driving me crazy. Builder promised municipal, but we're totally dependent on tankers. The hidden costs are insane; nobody mentioned this before possession. Are others facing this here? What did you do to manage, especially with families?
