Since January I've been shortlisting flats, totally fed up of renting. DLF Moulsari Enclave's ₹10.61 Cr price has me wondering about its investor-to-end-user ratio. Is it mostly investors? What's actual resale liquidity and rental yield? Worried about 'ghost society' affecting future appreciation. Thoughts?
