Builder ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery? Aur investor ratio kya hai in projects mein? Rental potential kiska better hoga for long-term investment?

My cousin booked in a high-end project near Golf Course Extension Road a few years back. Rental yield is barely 2-3%, which is terrible for the capital invested. Investor ratio was very high, so everyone's trying to rent it out, driving prices down. Totally agree with your point. Signature Global Proxima ka RERA number toh hai, but possession date June 2026 hai. Will they deliver on time? Has anyone here booked there?
Bhai, 5 crore for rental ROI? Impossible! Signature Global sounds more realistic in the long run. But unka delivery record kaisa hai? Suna hai budget projects mein delays bahut hote hain.
Delivery delays are a real concern for budget builders, especially with so many units like Proxima's 2192. My friend booked in another Signature Global project near Baharampur Naya, and it's already 6 months behind schedule. RERA is there, but penalties are often negligible.
Absolutely, U1! High-end projects ki rental yields bahut low hoti hain. Proxima ka price point is tempting for ROI.
