High-end investment dilemma after Gaurs Platinum visit
Did a site visit to Gaurs Platinum Towers today. Price point is steep. From my experience, what's the actual capital appreciation forecast here? And what about the resale market liquidity for these high-value units?

Yaar, Gaurs Platinum ki location aur amenities toh next level hain. Price high hai, no doubt, but exclusivity bhi toh hai. Resale mein value pakka milegi, especially for a project with only 52 units. What do you guys think?

Exclusivity achhi baat hai, but remember the RERA number UPRERAPRJ3528. Always check the builder's past projects' delivery timelines. Sometimes exclusivity just means less competition for buyers, not necessarily higher resale value, especially if the market isn't strong for super luxury.

Risk toh hai, but Noida mein high-end segment mein buyers bhi hain. Capital appreciation depends on the overall market, which is looking good for luxury these days, but resale liquidity is the real question here.
