High investor ratio in projects kills resale value — change my mind
Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm seriously considering investing here. Fed up of renting, so I'm finally taking the plunge. My main concern is the investor ratio. I've heard too many stories about projects turning into 'ghost societies' because most units are bought for investment, not living. This makes me wonder about long-term capital appreciation and, more importantly, resale potential. If there aren't enough actual residents, does it depress property values or make it harder to exit in 5-7 years? Hyderabad's market looks good overall, but this specific project... I'm not sure. What's the real ground reality for investor-heavy projects here?
