High investor ratio in Raheja Winterwoods makes exit tough.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Raheja Winterwoods in Chandigarh. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits aren't easy and I'm looking at it purely from an investment POV. My main concern is the resale market. Kitna liquid hai yeh project, yaar? Will it be easy to offload in 5-7 years if needed? I'm genuinely worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio. Agar zyada investors hain, does that mean a 'ghost society' risk or will it be difficult to find end-user buyers later? Also, builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? They're known, but specific to this project, have they been on time? Any thoughts on exit strategy for an NRI investor? Power of attorney se sab manage ho jayega, but actual resale experience kya hai logo ka, especially for an absentee owner?
