High investor ratio kills resale potential

Since January I've been tracking Sattva Lake Ridge. I realized the pre-launch pricing was a huge factor, and current rates have jumped. My concern is the investor ratio; too many investors could really hit resale later, right? What's your take on exit strategy here?
