Honestly, buying for myself is way harder than selling for others. I'm looking at JBMR The Oasis Residences, price around ₹99.00 L. Everyone glorifies New Delhi projects for appreciation, but I'm worried about the investor ratio here. Agar mostly investors hi hain, toh rental yield aur resale market ka kya hoga? Ghost society banne ka risk nahi hai kya? Log off the record bolte hain JBMR ka delivery track record thoda shaky hai. Matlab, on-time possession milega bhi ya sirf delays? Is price point pe future capital appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain? Kya lagta hai, is it worth the plunge for long-term wealth creation? Change my mind.
