High investor ratios kill resale liquidity, especially in projects like Omaxe Gardenia Floors. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK there, but worried about exit. Yaar, it's an ongoing project, so bahut investors honge. Does anyone know the actual investor-to-end-user ratio yahan? Secondary market kitna active hai? Thinking 5 saal baad bechna padega, will it be easy to find buyers? Or will everyone be selling at the same time? Any thoughts on its long-term liquidity?
