High maintenance charges are a total scam for investors.

My possession at J K Luxury Floor was just 3 months ago, aur abhi se maintenance charges kaafi high lag rahe hain. Honestly, the clubhouse looks great on paper but it's mostly empty, like a ghost town. For an investor like me, this high maintenance for underused facilities really hits the ROI. Kya yeh sab societies mein common hai? How do you guys manage tenant expectations when amenities aren't fully functional?
