High maintenance for empty clubhouses is a scam

₹75k rent for a 3BHK was the last straw, finally taking the plunge into buying. Looking at Keya Spring. I'm really fed up of renting but worried about maintenance charges. Heard stories of societies charging a bomb, but clubhouses or gyms are always broken or just empty. Is Keya Spring's gym actually usable daily or just for show? What about pool hygiene? Don't want to pay high maintenance for ghost amenities. Anyone living there can share honest feedback? Is the EMI vs rent math really worth it with these hidden costs?
