High Rental Yield claims are overblown for actual living

High Rental Yield corridor keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hai. Brochures mein toh sab high-end dikhta hai, but ground reality kya hai? Traffic, connectivity, daily life wahan pe? Aur rental management ka kya scene hai for NRIs? Power of attorney, legal setup, yeh sab kitna smooth hai?
