High Rental Yield corridor: brochure vs reality
₹38k EMI for my 2BHK in the High Rental Yield corridor is hitting hard now. Just shifted last month, possession was in March. Sab bolte the rental yield accha hai, but ground reality thodi alag hai. Commute time toh sahi hai, office easily pahunch jaata hoon. But yaar, society amenities utni nahi jitni brochure mein thi. Kids play area chhota hai, parking bhi tight. Things nobody told me before signing. Security bhi thodi lax lag rahi hai, especially at night. Nearby market access theek hai, but roads around society still under construction, makes it dusty. Is this common for others in this area? Any first-hand experiences from people living near High Rental Yield? What are actual pros and cons you've faced? Matlab, is it worth the hype long term?

Bhai, totally relate. Mera bhi same haal hai. Brochure mein toh sab kuch international standard lagta hai, par reality mein it's a different story. Especially the parking and kids' play area, exact same issue here. Which project is this, if you don't mind sharing, OP?
Haan yaar, same pinch! Mera bhi Ajayabpur mein hai, aur parking toh nightmare hai. Builder ne bola tha multi-level parking banayega, ab bas open space hai. Yeh log details
