High Rental Yield prices are totally inflated now.

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in High Rental Yield corridor. I work in real estate but for my own investment, I'm confused. Last 1-2 saal mein prices kaafi shoot up huye hain. Kya abhi entry point sahi hai ya wait karna chahiye? Lagta hai builders ne rates bahut high kar diye hain. What are your thoughts on current prices?

Totally agree! Main bhi Manimajra mein dekh raha tha, but prices sunke chakkar aa gaye. Jo project 6 months pehle 50L ka tha, ab 65L bol rahe hain, same configuration ke liye. Builder bolte hain demand hai, lekin it feels like pure speculation, especially with the current interest rates. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh ye sapna hi lag raha hai.

Haan yaar, Saini Majra mein bhi same haal hai. Prices are just crazy.
