Builders bahut kuch bolte hain, par actual construction quality ka kya scene hai after 1-2 years? Cracks, seepage issues toh common hain. And amenities, like the clubhouse aur sports facilities, are they actually used daily or just for show? Maintenance charges bhi high hote hain, but service quality matches that?
