Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Thinking of something manageable in Noida. Hilston by Urbtech is ready to move, which is a big plus. But Arihant Green is completed too, and maybe the society is more settled? Carpet area efficiency matters a lot to me. Honestly not sure which one offers better usable space. Price difference bhi hai, obviously. Koi batao, which is better for resale later?
Hilston by Urbtech vs UCHDL WMCC 2B… kids have moved out, so I don't need a big space. Is paying more for ready-to-move worth avoiding construction risk, even if the carpet area is less? What about resale?
Since last year I'm confused between Hilston By Urbtech and JMDR Arihant Green. Arihant Green is ready, sahi hai, but that price... almost 4Cr! Hilston is ready to move too, but I'm worried about the builder's track record. Carpet area efficiency wise, I think Arihant Green gives more space, but is it worth the premium? Also, maintenance charges kitna hai in both? What's the resale value like? Anyone has experience living in either society? Batao yaar.
Hilston by Urbtech ya Jaypee Augusta Town Home? Both ready to move hain. Carpet area kitna mil raha hai, and which has better resale value in Noida? Confused, koi batao.
Which project gives more bang for your buck, space-wise? I'm hearing different things about carpet area in Noida. Hilston By Urbtech is ready to move, so what you see is what you get, right? But Buildcon Maghad Mansion, being under construction, maybe has better potential for optimization? Matlab, can they tweak the design to maximize space? I'm really confused. Also, anyone living in Hilston? How's the actual usable space compared to what they promised? And for Maghad, any idea about the floor plan efficiency? Which one's a better investment if I value space over everything else? Need help deciding, community! What are your thoughts?
Arihant Green is ready, but woh toh expensive hai. Hilston by Urbtech is ready to move bhi, but resale mein kya scene hai? Anyone knows which one appreciates better long-term? Carpet area ka bhi issue hai, Hilston seems cramped. Ghar toh chahiye, investment bhi dekhna hai.
I'm torn between Hilston and Antriksh Grand View. Grand View ka price is high, but ready to move hai. Hilston bhi ready hai, but builder trust issues hai kya? Carpet area wise, kis mein zyada space milega? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega?
Hilston by Urbtech toh ready to move hai. Mangalya Novena Green mein kya mil raha hai for that price? Carpet area kitna hai? I'm based in Dubai, can't check myself.
Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, fed up of the landlord raising rent again. EMI vs rent math is making my head spin. I'm looking at ready to move options in Noida. UCHDL WMCC 2B and Hilston By Urbtech are on my radar. But the price per sqft feels inflated. Is it just me? Are we paying a huge premium to avoid under-construction risk? Honestly not sure if it’s worth it. Also, what about maintenance charges in these ready projects? Heard some horror stories. Anyone have experience with these projects? Am I missing something? Should I just gamble on under-construction?
