Hilston Tower G: Amenities real hain ya bas photo mein?

Fed up of renting now, my landlord just hiked rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Hilston By Urbtech Tower G in Noida Extension, but not sure if the amenities are actually good ya bas dikhawa hai. Brochure mein sab badiya lagta hai, but real mein swimming pool ya gym kitna use hota hai? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?
