Okay I'll say what no one says about New Delhi builders. Everyone glorifies the 'premium' amenities in places like Himalaya Apartments, but nobody talks about the insane maintenance charges. My wife's priority for our new 3BHK is safe living for the kids, par yeh charges worth it hain kya? Honestly, after a year, the promised security systems – CCTV, visitor management – often feel like a joke. Guards are usually sleepy, visitor entry just a formality. Is it just me, or is the actual service quality for maintenance and security *never* value for money? It feels like they build a beautiful facade, but daily living ka experience is totally different. This isn't just about a house, it's about a home. Change my mind.

Bhai, Himalaya Apartments toh 1995 ka possession hai, itna purana project hai. Uss time ki security aur ab ki expectations bahut different hain. 150 units hain, toh crowd bhi accha hoga. Kya aapne wahan ke existing residents se baat
Totally agree with you! Hum bhi Alaknanda mein ek society dekh rahe the, wahan bhi same scene. Builders bas dikhate hain, andar se sab khokla. Maintenance charges sunke toh hosh ud gaye the!
